MISSION
Regulating, supervising, coordinating and planning the land transport sector; supervising and regulating the activities developed in this sector to meet the mobility needs of people and goods; promoting road safety and the quality and rights of road users; ensuring the application of the road offence law.
Among other matters, the Land Transport Coordination Service (SCTT) holds in the Region the powers assigned to it by the Road Traffic Code, the Transport Regulation in Automobiles and complementary legislation to the Institute for Mobility and Transport, I.P. and the National Road Safety Authority.
With our presence on this portal, we now provide information of interest to citizens in the following areas: driving licenses, vehicle licensing procedures, road traffic offences, vehicle inspections and information on road safety and prevention.
