Implement Law No 93/2021 of 20 December 2009, which transposed Directive (EU) 2019/1937, establishing the procedure for reporting and supervising the whistleblower (or any person who provides assistance to him), both in the public and private sectors and who, in a professional context, has knowledge/information concerning the commission of the offences referred to in that legal provision. To that end, there is a specific channel for receiving complaints and for ensuring that the procedures laid down in that law for submitting them are implemented.
