Handling of Marine Wild Animals
Any work having scientific, educational or conservation objectives in the handling of wild marine animals shall be licensed for this purpose.
Licence applications are examined under Decree-Law No 140/99 of 24 April 2006, adapted to the Region by Regional Legislative Decree No 18/2002/A of 16 May 2006, as amended by Decree-Law No 49/2005 of 24 February 2006 and Decree-Law No 316/89 of 22 September 2006.
