• Director of services in the areas of accounting, taxation and social security at the company Contunião Agrícola, Sociedade de Contabilidades e Consultoria Fiscal, Ldª;
• Managing partner of the company Contunião Agrícola, Sociedade de Contabilidades e Consultoria Fiscal;
• Certified Accountant at Associação Agrícola de São Miguel, Cooperativa União Agrícola, CRL and Contunião Agrícola, Sociedade de Contabilidades e Consultoria Fiscal, being the technical responsible for the accounts of its members and partners;
• During his time as Director of Services, he was responsible for the preparation of numerous works and studies in the areas of accounting, taxation and social security, including the following:
• Tax Reform in 2000;
• Code of Contributory Schemes of the Social Security System;
• Early retirement and social support;
• Funding and financial restructuring proposals;
