Biographical Note
Born in Cantanhede, district of Coimbra, on December 26, 1978.
He graduated in Law from the Faculty of Law of the University of Coimbra.
Since 2002, he has been a senior technician of the regional staff of São Miguel Island - Regional Directorate for Vocational Training and Employment.
He was Head of the Labour Relations Section (2005-2009), Director of Labour Services (2009-2021), Secretary-General of the Regional Council for Strategic Coordination (2010-2012 and 2017-2018), and Secretary-General of the Economic and Social Council of the Azores (2019-2024).
Since April 12, 2024, he has been the Regional Director for Vocational Training and Employment of the Regional Secretariat for Youth, Housing and Employment.
