Delmina Maria Freitas Ormonde Borges holds a law degree from the Faculty of Law of the University of Lisbon.
From October 2023 to April 2024, she served as Regional Inspector of Cultural Activities.
From September 2021 to October 2023, she was the Head of the Legal Affairs and Audit Section at the Regional Directorate for Social Solidarity of the Vice-Presidency of the Regional Government.
From 2020 to 2023, she was a member of the Joint Committee of the Vice-Presidency of the Regional Government.
From June 2019 to September 2021, she was a Senior Technician with the Legal Affairs and Audit Section at the Regional Directorate for Social Solidarity of the Regional Secretariat for Social Solidarity.
From February 2019 to May 2019, she was the Data Protection Officer at the Regional Secretariat for Education and Culture.
From December 2018 to May 2019, she was a Senior Technician with the Human Resources Services Department at the Regional Directorate for Education of the Regional Secretariat for Education, Culture and Sport.
From January 2009 to November 2011, she was legal adviser to the Portuguese Association of Talent Agencies.
From May 2008 to June 2011, she coordinated the "Chiado na Moda" cultural event in Lisbon.
From August 2001 to March 2014, she worked as a lawyer in solo practice.
From December 2001 to September 2013, she served as President of the Parish Assembly (Mártires - Lisbon).
She has participated in various seminars, conferences and training courses in areas related to her duties: Legistics, Conflict Management, Goal Setting and Monitoring (SIADAPRA-performance evaluation), Assessment of Training Needs and Preparation of Training Plans in Public Entities, Exceptional and Temporary Price Review, Implementation of the General Data Protection Regulation, Public Procurement Code in the Autonomous Region of the Azores, Introduction to Public Administration, AcinGov - Electronic Platform for Public Procurement and the 1st Regional Conference "Corruption Prevention and Transparency."
