Applications for Youth Social Entrepreneurship Incentive Programme until August 31 - Communication

Applications for the Youth Social Entrepreneurship Incentive Programme, promoted by the Regional Secretariat for Youth, Housing and Employment, through the Regional Directorate for Youth, run from August 1 to 31.

According to the order published today in the Official Journal, applications must be submitted using the electronic form available on the Azores Youth portal, juventude.azores.gov.pt, with projects starting this year considered eligible.

Applications for this program may be submitted by youth associations, youth federations, cultural associations, environmental associations, or non-profit organizations promoting activities for young people in the Azores.

The Youth Social Entrepreneurship programme co-finances up to 20 thousand Euros in the case of projects whose maximum investment does not exceed 125 thousand Euros and which are carried out over a minimum period of 12 months and a maximum duration of 24 months. 

The key areas for intervention in this program include preventing early school dropout, promoting youth inclusion and volunteering, encouraging entrepreneurship and improving youth employability, and developing partnerships and networking in international projects.
