Born in Conceição - Angra do Heroísmo, Terceira Island, on April 21, 1993.
He graduated in Law at the Faculty of Law of the University of Lisbon. He completed a Master's in Law -Specialisation in Legal Forensic Sciences from the Faculty of Law of the Universidade de Coimbra. He holds a postgraduate degree in Labour Law from the Institute for Corporate and Labour Law of the University of Coimbra, a postgraduate degree in Media Law from the Legal Institute for Communication of the University of Coimbra, and a postgraduate degree in Banking, Stock Market and Insurance Law from the Institute for Banking, Stock Market and Insurance Law of the University of Coimbra.
He was a trainee lawyer at the Coimbra District Council of the Portuguese Bar Association (2016-2018), Solo practice lawyer enrolled at the Coimbra District Council of the Portuguese Bar Association (2018-2019), Senior Legal Technician at the Regional Directorate for Education (2019-2020) and Aide to the Cabinet of the Vice-President of the XIII Regional Government of the Azores (2020-2024).
He has been an Aide to the Cabinet of the Vice-President of the Regional Government (XIV Government of the Azores) since March 4, 2024.
