She was born on May 7, 1980, in the parish of Capelas on the island of São Miguel, Azores.
She holds a degree in Public Relations and Communication with a minor in Economics and Management from the University of the Azores.
She provided administrative support to the Regional Director for Science and Technology from 2001 to 2004.
She was Personal Secretary to the Regional Director for Science and Technology from 2004 to 2008.
She was Personal Secretary to the Regional Director for Spatial Planning and Water Resources from 2008 to 2010.
She provided administrative support to the cabinet of the Regional Secretary for the Environment and Sea in Ponta Delgada from 2010 to 2012.
She collaborated with the Protocol and Public Relations Office of the Presidency of the Government in the organisation of all types of events and ceremonies from 2012 to 2020.
She is a Senior Technician at the Protocol and Public Relations Office of the General Secretariat of the Presidency of the Government.
She was appointed Personal Secretary to the President of the Regional Government of the Azores on December 7, 2020.
