She was born on May 3, 1990, in the parish of São José, municipality of Ponta Delgada.
She completed her Degree in Social Work at the University of the Azores in 2012.
She holds a postgraduate degree in Conflict Mediation with specialisation in Family Mediation since 2017.
She participated in the CriAtividade®: Problem Solvers in Action Programme, under the Gulbenkian Knowledge Academies Network of the Calouste Gulbenkian Foundation, from January 2019 to June 2020, having completed her qualification as a CriAtividade® Mentor.
She has worked as a Senior Social Work Technician at the Social Development Section of Ponta Delgada City Council since 2012.
She has served as Adviser to the President of the Regional Government of the Azores since December 2020.
