Public tender opened for renovation of multi-family properties in Ribeirinha parish, São Miguel - Communication

The public tender is now open for the refurbishment and energy efficiency improvement of two multi-family properties in the Rua do Jogo housing development located in the parish of Ribeirinha, municipality of Ribeira Grande, São Miguel Island.

The tender was launched with a base price of €2.1 million, financed under the Recovery and Resilience Plan (RRP), and a completion period of 150 days, according to the opening notice published in the Official Journal.

Proposals must be submitted by November 26 via the electronic platform www.acingov.pt.

The intervention includes demolition works, waterproofing and insulation, heating, ventilation, air conditioning and refrigeration, telecommunications infrastructures, plumbing and pipework in buildings, carpentry, plastering, painting and other coatings.

The two multi-family properties in the Rua do Jogo development comprise a total of 94 multi-family apartments.

At the moment, 349 housing responses are underway in the Azores, including construction, renovation and development of plots for transfer, involving an investment of about €50 million financed under the RRP.
