The Regional Government of the Azores informs that Teresa Gonçalves has requested her resignation as President of the Board of Directors of SATA Holding due to personal reasons.

The Regional Government of the Azores has accepted the resignation, which will take effect at the end of this month. Until then, she will continue to take all the decisions being made about the group.

The Regional Government of the Azores would like to thank Teresa Gonçalves for all her dedication to the SATA Group during her time in office, and for her commitment and professionalism in the process of restructuring the Group's companies, which has greatly contributed to their recovery, and wishes her every personal and professional success.
