Regional Government Consultation and Legal Studies Centre

The Regional Government Consultation and Legal Studies Centre (CCEJ - GR). It has the mission to provide legal advice and counselling in every area of governance to the President of the Regional Government, as well as to any other member of the Government, or to the Government Council when so determined at higher decision-making levels.

The CCEJ - GR is also responsible for providing consultancy and technical support to the Government in preparing and assessing the repercussions of legislative acts and other legal acts proposed by its departments. Furthermore, it conducts internal monitoring of the quality, validity and simplification of all these acts according to the guidelines of the European Union deriving from the Interinstitutional Agreement on Better Law-making.
