The Azores Government Portal (or portal.azores.gov.pt) is provided by the Regional Government of the Azores through the Presidency of the Regional Government of the Azores (PGR).

By browsing this Portal, the User agrees to these terms and conditions of use.

You will use the portal.azores.gov.pt only for legal purposes and in a way that does not conflict with the rights of third parties to use this website. The Azores Government Portal is updated continuously. We reserve the right to modify existing content, including changing or removing content, at any time.

The material available on this website is intended to provide general and free information to third parties, the use of which is at the sole responsibility of the user. The Azores Government Portal does not require any information from citizens when they interact with the Portal to consult content. The user can choose to register and authenticate, and the personal data he transmits is protected under the terms of the law and under the terms of our Privacy Policy and Cookies Policy. Content removal or update requests

You can request the removal or update of content from the Azores Government Portal.

We will remove content on request from users in the following situations:

  • compliance with data protection legislation;
  • when the content infringes copyright, it contains sensitive personal data or material that could be considered defamatory or offensive.
  • We will update content at the request of users when there is verifiable inaccuracy.

We will remove and / or update the contents of this website as we see fit and following consultation with the department or service of the Government of the Azores responsible for the content in question.

Services and transactions

You can use the Portal of the Government of the Azores to access online services provided by entities of the Government of the Azores, such as Incentive to Lease or the Citizen Contact Form.

Such services can be managed by GSRAPAP or by another government department or service.

Some services have their own terms and conditions that apply - read the applicable information, case by case, before using the service attackers with the authorities.

Information about you and your visits to the Azores Government Portal
