User registration
The present data will be processed by computer and are intended to ensure the possibility of personalized configurations by the users of the Government of the Azores portal, allowing access to areas exclusively accessible to registered users and, finally, also, the pre-filling of these data in online form, if the user wishes. The user will have an identification before the system (identification / password pair) and will be able to access the private area of the portal.
Its holder is guaranteed access, rectification, alteration or elimination, whenever they address this in writing or in person to the entity responsible for the referred treatment, CITI, Center for Informatics and Information Technology.
It is also informed that the present data circulate in open networks and can be seen and used by third parties that are not authorized (Art. 10 and 12 of Law 67/98)
The present collection of personal data and the respective treatment are authorized by the National Data Protection Commission, through process 1165/04, notified through letter 2383 of 04-07-08.
